Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must immediately notify TalentRus of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity. The platform reserves the right to verify user details and take necessary actions, including suspending or terminating accounts that violate these terms. Users agree not to share their accounts, transfer ownership, or use the platform for deceptive purposes, ensuring a secure and trustworthy recruitment environment for all members.

Job Seeker Accounts:

Job seekers using TalentRus must ensure that all information provided in their resumes and profiles is accurate and truthful. Any misleading, false, or exaggerated details may result in account suspension or termination. TalentRus acts as a platform to connect job seekers with potential employers but does not guarantee job placement, interview calls, or responses from recruiters. Users are solely responsible for the authenticity of their credentials and should exercise caution when interacting with employers. TalentRus is not liable for any employment decisions made by recruiters or companies based on the information provided by job seekers.

Employer and Recruiter Accounts:

Employers and recruiters using TalentRus must comply with all applicable employment laws and ethical hiring practices. Posting fraudulent job listings, misleading job descriptions, or engaging in deceptive recruitment activities will result in immediate account termination. All job postings must accurately represent the position, responsibilities, and requirements. Additionally, employers and recruiters must respect user privacy and adhere to data protection laws when handling applicant information. Misuse, unauthorized sharing, or exploitation of candidate data is strictly prohibited. TalentRus reserves the right to monitor and take necessary action against any violations to maintain a fair and trustworthy hiring environment.

Use of Services

For Job Seekers:

Users on TalentRus can create profiles, upload resumes, apply for job postings, and receive job recommendations based on their qualifications and interests. However, users are solely responsible for verifying job offers, employer credibility, and the legitimacy of any recruitment process before proceeding with employment. TalentRus serves as a platform to connect job seekers and employers but does not guarantee job authenticity or hiring outcomes. The platform is not liable for employer misconduct, recruitment scams, or fraudulent job postings. Users should exercise caution and report any suspicious activities to TalentRus for necessary action.

For Employers and Recruiters:

Employers on TalentRus can post job openings, search candidate databases, and communicate with job seekers for recruitment purposes. However, they must use candidate information solely for hiring and must not collect, share, or misuse data for any other purposes. Engaging in discriminatory hiring practices based on gender, age, race, religion, or any other unlawful criteria is strictly prohibited. Employers are expected to maintain professionalism, transparency, and compliance with employment laws. TalentRus reserves the right to take action, including account suspension or termination, against employers found violating these terms or engaging in unethical recruitment practices.

Prohibited Activities

Users of TalentRus must adhere to ethical and legal standards while using the platform. They are strictly prohibited from engaging in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including misrepresenting personal or organizational information for deceptive purposes. Posting offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or inappropriate content is not allowed, as TalentRus aims to maintain a professional and respectful environment for all users.

Users must not employ bots, web scraping tools, or any automated means to collect data from TalentRus, as such actions violate the platform’s integrity and privacy policies. Any attempt to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of TalentRus or other users, including unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of content, is strictly prohibited.

Additionally, users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to TalentRus systems, disrupt platform operations, or compromise security measures in any way. Any activity that interferes with the normal functioning of the platform, including hacking, injecting malicious software, or exploiting system vulnerabilities, will lead to immediate account suspension and potential legal action. TalentRus reserves the right to monitor user activity and take necessary action against those violating these terms to ensure a secure, trustworthy, and professional experience for all members.

The platform does not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, or the credibility of employers and recruiters. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own research and verifying job offers, employer legitimacy, and candidate credentials before proceeding with any employment-related decisions.

TalentRus is not liable for any financial loss, damages, or disputes that may arise from job applications, interviews, employment agreements, or workplace interactions. The platform does not intervene in contractual matters between users and employers.

To ensure a safe job search experience, users are encouraged to exercise due diligence, be cautious of fraudulent job offers, and report any suspicious activities to TalentRus. By using the platform, users acknowledge and accept that TalentRus holds no responsibility for employment-related transactions or disputes.

Termination of Services

TalentRus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform. Such actions may be taken without prior notice to ensure the integrity and security of the platform.

Users may choose to terminate their accounts at any time by contacting TalentRus support. However, account termination does not exempt users from any obligations or liabilities incurred before termination, including pending transactions or commitments made on the platform. TalentRus retains the right to retain certain user data as required by legal and regulatory requirements.

Amendments to Terms

TalentRus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect updates in policies, legal requirements, or platform enhancements.
